HTC couldn't confirm whether it's One X for AT&T or the EVO 4G LTE for Sprint

Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC has suffered a hit last week, as two of its devices, the HTC One X for AT&T and the HTC EVO 4G LTE for Sprint got held at US customs on an order issued by ITC.

However, it appears that things are slowly starting to get sorted out and that units are getting approval to enter the United States.

Apparently, each unit is reviewed to determine whether it infringes a series of Apple patents based on which said ITC order was issued.

Unfortunately, the company did not offer specific details on which devices received the approvals, but more will be unveiled in the not too distant future.

“Some models have gone through inspection and been released to our carriers customers. We don't have the status of each specific device model at this time, but we are working closely with Customs,” HTC reportedly said.
