Bell Canada introduced its first LTE Android smartphone back in November 2011, the HTC Raider 4G LTE. Eight months after its launch, Bell announced that the device has now reached “end of its lifecycle.”

Given the fact that the smartphone might still be available at Bell stores in short supplies, the carrier recommends its employees to sell any existing inventory within the current price.

Otherwise, Bell Canada says that customers who wish to purchase an LTE smartphone should take into consideration the Galaxy S III, Optimus 4G LTE or the Galaxy S II HD LTE.

HTC Raider 4G LTE was launched with Android 2.3 Gingerbread platform onboard, as well as 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. The phone packs 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB.
