HTC One max, the upcoming large Android-based smartphone from the Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation, will arrive on the market with Beats Audio packed inside.

Despite the fact that Beats Electronics recently announced plans to buy itself out of the HTC deal it signed a few years back, the technology will still be included in the upcoming high-end smartphone, Luke Wood, president and chief operating officer at Beats Electronics, confirmed, as talkandroid notes.

He told stuff.tv that the there was still a commercial deal between Beats and HTC, and that an upcoming large smartphone from the vendor was included in it.

This clearly hints at the long rumored HTC One max smartphone, which is expected to become official before the end of this year.

However, no specific info on whether the deal will continue to be in effect after this smartphone is launched has been provided as of now.
