On October 15, Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation should make official a new smartphone in its popular “One” series of devices, namely the HTC One max, which can be admired in a new set of leaked photos.

The device has been long rumored to arrive on shelves as a 5.9-inch version of the HTC One, though with improved hardware inside, yet no official confirmation on it has been provided as of now.

However, courtesy of high-resolution hands-on photos with the device, available via Xuite.net, we can now make an idea of what the smartphone will look like.

HTC One max will feature the power and volume buttons on the right side, a fingerprint sensor on the back, beneath the camera, and no Beats Audio logo, as Phandroid points out.

The phone’s screen is turned off, which suggests that this could be a dummy unit, though it’s clear that HTC is getting ready for the handset’s official launch.
