HTC One max, the upcoming large Android-based smartphone from HTC, is expected to become official on October 15 in China, and has already received certification in the country.

In addition to providing photos with it, the listing for the smartphone at MIIT, China’s certification forum, also confirms some of the specs previously rumored for the device.

A screenshot that was published by ‏@Ctechcn shows the handset with a 1.7GHz processor inside, a quad-core Snapdragon 600 one, and with Google’s Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system loaded on top.

Furthermore, the handset was listed there with a 6-inch full HD touchscreen display, and with 2GB of RAM.

Previous reports on HTC One max also suggested that it would feature an UltraPixel camera on the back, and a front camera for video calling.
