Shortly after Vodafone UK officially announced it would release the HTC One X and One S on April 5, Orange and T-Mobile also confirmed they would carry the handsets beginning Thursday.

Customers will be able to grab any of the two HTC One series handsets for free on select plans. It appears that Vodafone also mentioned the One X would go for free on a £41 per month, 24-month plan, while the One S would be free on a £36 per month, 24-month plan.

Both smartphones are powered by Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system with HTC Sense UI on top.

However, the One X is powered by a more powerful quad-core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz, whereas the One S features only a 1.5 GHz dual-core CPU.
