Today, Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation officially confirmed the upcoming availability of its Android-based HTC One series devices in a series of countries in Europe.

Starting with Monday, the HTC One X, One S and One V will be released on shelves in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The mobile phone maker did not offer specific info on the wireless carriers that would add these devices to their offering, but O2 Germany has already confirmed plans to range the One X and One S starting next week.

O2 will make these two devices available for purchase on its airwaves in the UK as well, and has already listed them on its coming soon web page.

The new HTC One series promises premium performance capabilities, coupled with the features and enhancements that Android 4.0 and HTC Sense 4.0 have to offer.

HTC One X is the flagship device of the series, with an NVIDIA Tegra 3 Mobile Processor (a 1.5 GHz Super 4-PLUS-1 quad-core) packed inside and with a 4.7", 720p HD screen.

HTC also announced the availability of a LTE-enabled flavor of One X, packing a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.5 GHz dual-core CPU inside.

The same application processor is available by default in the new HTC One S smartphone, which also offers a 4.3-inch touchscreen display with Corning Gorilla Glass.

As for the HTC One V, it is the cheapest of the three, and comes with looks based on the classic, award-winning design of the HTC Legend.

“With HTC’s most premium experience, the HTC One series integrates Android 4.0 (ICS) with HTC Sense 4, the new version of HTC’s branded user experience that is introducing HTC ImageSense, a new suite of camera and imaging features that set HTC One apart from other phones,” the phone maker announced.

“HTC Sense 4 also includes broad enhancements to audio quality and simplifies how people listen to music on their phone.”
