Taiwanese handset maker HTC launched its Android flagship smartphone, the One X in India a few months ago. The handset is now available for purchase for Rs 34,999 (655 USD or 505 EUR) outright.

However, HTC released two One X versions on the market, but there are few regions where they're both available.

Today, Indian retailer Infibeam announced the immediate availability of the 16GB HTC One X. Unlike the 32GB model, this one comes with microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

The 16GB HTC One X is now available for purchase for Rs 31,299 (585 USD or 450 EUR) outright. Check it out here.

HTC One X 16GB, just like the 32GB model, ships with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box.

On the inside, the smartphone packs a 1.5 Ghz quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, which is complemented by a ULP GeForce graphics processing unit and 1GB of RAM.

Another strong point on the One X 16GB is the superb 4.7-inch Super IPS LCD2 capacitive touchscreen display that supports 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 16 million colors. The screen also features Corning Gorilla Glass coating for extra protection.

Furthermore, the One X 16GB boasts an impressive 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording. It has a secondary front-facing camera with 1.3-megapixel which allows users to do video calling.

When it comes to connectivity, the One X 16GB is an all-rounder. The Android smartphone offers Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and 3G connectivity along with Bluetooth, TV-out, USB, MicroUSB and GPS.

HTC One X 16GB is powered by a high-capacity 1800 mAh Li-Po battery, which is rated by the manufacturer for up to 300 hours of standby time or up to 8 hours of talk time.
