Although major carrier AT&T announced the HTC One VX and One X+ will hit shelves on November 16, only the latter made it to stores.

AT&T did not offer any explanations on why the One VX is still unavailable to customers, but the folks over at AndroidCentral have been able to confirm with an AT&T spokesperson the smartphone will arrive in stores on December 7.

HTC One VX will be available for purchase for as low as $50/€40 with a new two-year agreement, though we're still waiting for the no-term pricing to emerge.

The One VX ships with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box and packs a dual core Qualcomm MSM8930 Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.5 GHz.

In addition, the smartphone sports a large 4.5-inch Super LCD2 capacitive touchscreen display that support 540 x 960 pixels resolution. It also features 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
