The smartphone comes with Android 4.0 ICS out of the box

As expected, TELUS has just introduced the cheapest Android smartphone in the HTC One family, the One V.

Customers can purchase the device beginning this weekend for as low as $30 CAD with a new three year agreement. Furthermore, TELUS offers customers the possibility to grab the HTC One V for $290 CAD off-contract.

Additionally, those interested to get this affordable Android phone can choose other pricing options, such as $190 CAD with a new two-year contract or $230 CAD on a two-year term.

The One V is shipped with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system integrated with HTC Sense 4.0 UI.

The smartphone is powered by a single core processor clocked at 1GHz and packs 512MB of RAM, 4GB onboard memory and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB). Check it out here.
