Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation is expected to make the One S smartphone available for purchase in India at the end of next week.

No official announcement on the matter was made for the time being, but the smartphone can be seen listed with this release date attached to it on The Mobile Store.

Moreover, the retailer claims that HTC One S will sport a price tag of INR 33,000 (around $600 / €476), which might be a bit too much, Androidos suggests.

HTC One S arrives in India with a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display, a dual-core Krait processor from Qualcomm, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory.

The same as other devices in the One series, this mobile phone is powered by Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.
