SaskTel is the next Canadian carrier to offer HTC One S owners the highly anticipated Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean upgrade.

Initially rolled out at Bell and Virgin Mobile several days ago, the update was deployed today at TELUS and is now available for download for SaskTel customers.

According to MobileSyrup, the update is about 640MB in size and is pushed OTA (over-the-air) to all HTC One S owners.

However, it will take some time before it reaches all devices, but those who wish to force the update on their phones can check for it manually by going to Settings / About device / Software update / Update.

Aside from bumping the phone’s software to version 4.1.1, the update also brings the HTC Sense 4+ along with enhanced UI and better performance in Camera.
