HTC One S is one of high-end Android-based smartphones that the Taiwanese handset maker plans to unveil this weekend at the Mobile World Congress, in Barcelona.

Apparently this will succeed the popular HTC Sensation, both in look and hardware configuration. Rumor has it that HTC One S, previously known as HTC Ville, will be running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system with HTC Sense 4.0 UI on top.

In addition, the phone will boast an impressive 8-megapixel rear camera, a 1.5 Ghz dual-core processor and microSIM support. The folks over at ItProPortal claim that this one will be launched along with the affordable HTC One V and the quad-core HTC One X.

Until HTC reveals its lineup for Q2-Q3 2012, check out these live photos of the HTC One S, courtesy to the guys over at ItProPortal.
