According to the carrier's upcoming software updates scheduler, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for HTC One is now in testing and is expected to arrive in “late-September.”
This means that customers who purchased the HTC One via TELUS can expect the long-awaited Android 4.3 Jelly Bean upgrade to reach their devices as early as next week.
Keep in mind though that TELUS states that the expected dates are estimates and are subject to change, which means any update might be delayed without further notice.
