HTC One owners who have purchased their devices from Sprint will be happy to know that the carrier will start the rollout of the highly anticipated Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update today.

The information has just been confirmed by Jason Mackenzie, president of HTC America, so it should be considered accurate enough.

Owners of HTC One Developer Edition devices were the first to receive the Android 4.3 upgrade about a week ago and now carrier-bound units are expected to get the update as well.

The upgrade brings major improvements and new features, including BlinkFeed, OpenGL 3.0 ES support, Bluetooth 4.0 LE and more.

No word on the size of the file being pushed, but HTC One users can now check for the availability of the update by going to Settings / About phone / Software update / Check now.
