After Samsung Galaxy S6 leaked in lots of live pictures in the last couple of days, including today, it's now HTC One M9's time to be shown in all its glory.

The next flagship smartphone to be officially revealed by the Taiwanese handset maker has just been leaked in a hands-on video.

As many of the pictures published earlier this week pointed out, the video kind of confirms once again the One M9 will strongly resemble the HTC One M8 and the model before it.

The device shown in the hands-on video might be just a prototype, but one that's very close to the final build. That being said, keep in mind that this might not be the HTC One M9 that will be revealed by the Taiwanese handset maker later today.

No news in the design and hardware department

Along with the hands-on video, some details that we already knew have emerged as well. So, HTC One M9 will be equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 chipset that accommodates two quad-core processors (2GHz and 1.5GHz).

Moreover, the smartphone will pack 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot. The HTC One M9 will be powered by a 2,900 mAh battery which, of course, is non-removable.

On the back, the flagship smartphone features a 20-megapixel camera with LED flash, autofocus and 4K video recording, while in the front-there will be a secondary 4-Ultra-Pixel camera for video calls and selfies.

Design-wise, the One M9 will feature the same metal finish and unibody form factor that made the HTC One series so popular.

It appears that HTC flagship won't pack a 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution display, instead the handset maker has decided to include a 5-inch display with full HD (1080p) resolution.
