Taiwanese handset maker HTC has just announced that it will bring its Android flagship smartphone to Singapore next week.

According to UnleashThePhone, customers in Singapore will be able to purchase the HTC beginning April 13.

The 32GB model will be available for around $780/€605 outright, while the 64GB version has been priced at $860/€665.

However, it appears that HTC will only be able to release the 32GB model next week. The company has confirmed that the more expensive 64GB variant will be available for purchase in Singapore sometime in May.

The smartphone will ship with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system at launch, but it will receive an upgrade to Android 4.2.2 at some point this year. This will be the first smartphone to come integrated with HTC Sense 5.0 UI out of the box.

It will also be among the most powerful Android smartphones available on the market thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chipset that accommodates a 1.7GHz quad-core processor and an Adreno 320 graphics processing unit.

However, the phone’s differentiating point is the 4-UltraPixel rear-facing camera, which features BSI sensor, f/2.0 lens, autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p@30fps) video recording.

This is one of the many features that make the HTC One stand out from other high-end Android smartphones.

Unfortunately, this was also reason for delay. Due to the fact that HTC was not able to secure enough components for the Ultrapixel camera, the smartphone’s launch was postponed in many countries.

Anyway, HTC One also sports a stunning 4.7-inch Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 2 coating.

Last but not least, the superphone packs 2GB of RAM, 32GB/64GB of internal memory, as well as a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls. Sadly, it lacks microSD card slot for memory expansion.
