HTC M8, supposedly the next flagship handset from the Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation, is currently rumored to arrive on shelves with a 5-megapixel camera on the front.

The handset was previously said to arrive with a 2.1MP front camera, as HTC was keeping some of its specs closer to those of HTC One, but it appears that this might not be the case.

A recent tweet from LlabTooFeR claims that the upcoming mobile phone will actually sport a 5-megapixel camera on the front, and not the aforementioned 2.1MP sensor.

Should this rumor pan out, the upcoming device will certainly prove a great option to those who like taking selfies a lot. However, no official confirmation on the matter has been provided as of now, and it remains to be seen whether this will indeed be the case.
