The long-rumored HTC M4 is expected to arrive on the market sometime in June and we already know a couple of things about the smartphone.

Although previous rumors were suggesting the M4 would be made of metal, there was nothing that could prove the information was accurate.

Well, it appears that Digitimes has just learned that Catcher Technology is the company selected by HTC as exclusive supplier of “metal-alloy” chassis for use in HTC M4.

According to sources from the upstream supply chain, no less than 700,000 units will be shipped beginning June and throughout the second quarter of the year.

HTC M4 is expected to hit shelves with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean onboard, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 4.3-inch HD (720p) display and Ultrapixel camera. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
