HTC HD7, the first Windows Phone 7 device that wireless carrier T-Mobile plans on launching on its airwaves, is already available for pre-order via online retailers in the country, including Amazon, which has it for $169.99, or Wirefly, which priced the phone at $149.99 on contract.

We already reported on Amazon’s offering, and now we should have a closer look at what Wirefly has in store for T-Mobile customers interested in the new device.

The wireless carrier announced that it would make the new device available for purchase on its airwaves come November 8th for $199.99 on contract, but the offer at Wirefly seems significantly more appealing.

Of course, one would still have to commit to a two-year contract agreement with T-Mobile to benefit from the deal.

On the other hand, Wirefly also lists the off contract price tag for the HTC HD7, which has been set at $529.99, for all those interested in having the phone with no monthly plan option.

HTC HD7 runs under Microsoft’s new Windows Phone 7 operating system, and sports a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, the largest any Windows Phone has.

We should also mention that the new mobile phone sports a 1GHz Snapdragon application processor for fast performance, as well as a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with dual flash and 720p HD video recording capabilities.

“This revolutionary new smartphone seamlessly brings entertainment, work, and family together all in one place with Live Tiles. Live tiles are customizable and constantly updated. They show status updates, pending messages, appointments, news and weather- all refreshed wirelessly via the web,” the retailer notes.

At the same time, the new device comes with enhanced multimedia features, while also providing support for great gaming via integration with Xbox Live.

Some of the main features of the new HTC HD7 include: - Sit back and enjoy a movie from Netflix hands-free thanks to the integrated kickstand - Enjoy T-Mobile TV, Slacker Radio, or a movie from Netflix - Maintain your Microsoft Exchange Email and Calendar right from your phone with Outlook Mobile - Shop the Windows Marketplace for apps for your HTC HD7 - Control your home's FrontPoint security system from this phone

With 16GB of internal memory, support for 3G networks, as well as for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity, built-in GPS receiver and more, the new HTC HD7 can easily prove a great option for any user out there.

The HTC HD7 can be pre-ordered from Wirefly's website here.
