This fall, Microsoft should release a new flavor of their Windows Phone operating system, codenamed Mango, which would make an appearance on existing devices as well, rumor has it.

The new platform version was already spotted into the wild a few times before, and has just made an appearance on HTC's great-looking HD7 as well.

The fact that Microsoft would have the Windows Phone Mango software update loaded on existing mobile phones is no secret to anyone, which suggests that the video embedded below would be legit.

The clip was shot during Computex, it seems, and will walk you through some of the features the new mobile operating system flavor comes with.

Most of the features set to arrive on handsets along with Mango have been already presented to the world, so there are not too many new things to learn from it.

The video is not in English, which will prevent many people from understanding what is being said.

However, it is reassuring to see that existing Windows Phone devices can play so nicely with the future OS flavor, and that users will enjoy a great experience from it when made available.

Microsoft promised hundreds of new features and enhancements included in Mango, affecting all aspects of the platform.

As soon as the new OS flavor will arrive on devices, users will benefit from revamped menus, the new Internet Explorer 9 Mobile with hardware-accelerated graphics, and a real-time augmented reality view.

Moreover, the new platform release should bring forth a new set of APIs for developers to take advantage of when building applications for it.

Enhanced Bing search capabilities, Bing Music, better social networking integration, and more improvements will arrive on Windows Phone devices as soon as Mango is here as well.

There will also be the said changes in menus, including a new look for the Games Hub, along with a revamped and enhanced Music+Videos Hub.
