Now that Windows Phone 7 was launched officially, and the first handsets powered by it set sail to shelves, what remains to be seen is how much would the new mobile phones cost when on the market. Some info on this was already unveiled, but there still are some devices without a price tag attached to it, at least not officially.

The HTC HD7 and HTC 7 Trophy are on the list, both set to arrive on the market in Europe in a matter of weeks, via various wireless carriers out there.

However, it appears that Amazon already unveiled some info on the matter, as the retailer got the new HTC HD7 listed on its German site, while putting the HTC 7 Trophy on its offering for the UK market.

The price tag HTC HD7 comes with to Germany was set at €599 ($835), while HTC 7 Trophy is expected to arrive on the UK market with a £430 ($685) cost attached to it.

The price difference comes mainly from the fact that the former device sports a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, while the latter comes with a 3.8-inch screen, to which some internal memory differences can be added (16GB vs 8GB).

However, we should note that this is the contract free price tag for the handsets, and that wireless carriers would have them priced differently on their monthly plans.

As the guys over at Engadget note, one cannot pre-order or purchase either of the handsets as of yet. However, it would still take a while before they would be landing on shelves, it seems as Trophy's launch date of November 8th attached to it.

On the other hand, Windows Phone 7 devices are set to be put on sale across the European continent come October 21st, next Thursday, to be more precise, and more purchase options would become available for end users at that time.

One can have a look at HTC HD7 on Amazon.de here, while HTC 7 Trophy can be seen at Amazon.uk here.
