Previous rumors about an HTC HD7 Windows Phone 7 upcoming release at Bell on February 10th have been confirmed just as expected. The device will be shipped to the carrier's stores starting February 2nd, although employee training has already started.

According to a leaked document spotted by the guys over at MobileSyrup, HTC HD7 will be exclusively available through Bell starting next week.

To emphasize the fact that the Windows Phone 7 device with the largest display will be available exclusively from Bell, the carrier states the following:

The HTC HD7 from Bell offers the largest display in the world (4.3-inch) on a Windows Phone 7 device – making browsing, reading email, and editing Office documents a pleasure. It is also the only Windows Phone 7 device to feature a kickstand for a hands-free viewing experience, and a bright dual-LED flash built-in – perfect for capturing images and videos in low-light condition. The large display and Xbox Live integration also make the HD7 the ultimate portable gaming device.”

In addition to its large 4.3-inch LCD capacitive touchscreen, HTC HD7 sports a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, dual-LED flash, geo-tagging and video recording capabilities (720p).

The smartphone is powered by a 1 GHz Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon processor (with Adreno 200 GPU) and embeds 8GB of internal memory, 512 MB ROM, 576 MB RAM.

When it comes to connectivity, the HD7 is an all-rounder as it features: Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, HSDPA 7.2 Mbps, HSUPA 2 Mbps Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, as well as GPS with A-GPS support (Bing Maps).

The standard Li-Ion 1230 mAh battery is rated by the manufacturer for 310 hours (320 hours for 3G) of standby time or 6 hours and 20 minutes (5 hours and 20 minutes for 3G) of talk time.

Bell will begin carrying the HD7 starting February 10th for a suggested retail price of $599.95, which seems to be available for all plans.

Furthermore, the carrier will also retail several cases for the HD7, ranging in price from $14.95 to $39.95.

I took the time to navigate through the phone today and was truly impressed. It flows very well and with ease from inbox to music player, web and contact list etc. I love the fact that it has microsoft office. Bell does have it today listed at $99.99 which is a slip as Telus offers the phone at 49.99. A Bell salesman advised the phone may go on sale this weekend considering the sale price offered by Telus.
