14 DAY TRIAL // Taiwan-based mobile phone maker HTC Corporation has just released a new software update for its Windows Mobile 6.5-powered HTC HD2 handset, this time around providing enhancements for the device's Calendar application. The new firmware update, as many of you might already know, comes in line with a series of other updates the company has delivered over the past few weeks for its high-end phone that runs under Microsoft's operating system.
“This update for HTC HD2 expands the dynamic nature of the Calendar application. Whether your week starts on Monday or Sunday, allowing you to view appointments occurring tomorrow, next week, or even next month,” is what HTC has to say about the new firmware update for the HD2. One thing that HD2 owners need to make sure before starting the process is that they have Microsoft ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center installed on their Windows XP or Windows Vista PCs, respectively, and that the handset has been synced with the computer.
