Soon after HTC officially announced the upcoming availability of HTC Desire 310 in Taiwan, info on the smartphone’s arrival in other markets around the world has also started to emerge.

Apparently, the company is planning on making the new handset available for purchase in various European countries as soon as April 10.

Moreover, the smartphone is said to arrive with a price tag of €160 attached to it, which will make it a strong competitor for Motorola’s Moto G device, as GSMArena notes.

In the UK, the mobile phone will become available for purchase next month on the networks of wireless carriers O2 and Vodafone, while also set to be put up for sale through Carphone Warehouse.

Moreover, users in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland are also expected to receive it. Apparently, it will be the cheapest in Switzerland, at CHF 180 (€150), and the most expensive in the Netherlands, at €170 ($234), while users in Germany will pay €160 ($220) for it.

HTC Desire 310 arrives with a 4.5-inch touchscreen display, a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, and a 5-megapixel camera on the back, still capable of high-definition video recording. The smartphone is powered by a 2000mAh battery and runs under Google’s Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system right from the start.
