Although Verizon announced the upcoming availability of the HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE, the carrier failed to provide a release date.
However, the folks over at
Droid-Life have learned from a source close to the matter that the Incredible 4G LTE might hit shelves on May 17, or during the last week of the month.
The smartphone will be available for $149.99 with a new two-year agreement and after a $50 mail-in rebate. No word on the no-term price for the moment.
HTC recently
confirmed Verizon won’t bring any of its recently launched HTC One series smartphones, instead the carrier will offer its customers the Incredible 4G LTE device.
The smartphone will be shipped with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich platform out of the box and will be powered by Qualcomm’s MSM8960 Snapdragon dual-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz.
