The ROM is still in beta and packs some unresolved issues

One of the appealing features that HTC announced for its new HTC One flagship device was a new flavor of the Sense user interface, which is already available for the owners of DROID DNA devices, it seems.

HTC did confirm that the UI would be pushed to some of its older handsets, yet it did not offer a specific release date for its availability, suggesting that users will still have to wait a few more months before being able to enjoy it.

Some enthusiasts, however, have already managed to port the new Sense 5.0 UI to Verizon’s DROID DNA, and provided a custom ROM for users to download and enjoy on their devices.

Available only in a beta flavor for the time being, the ROM still has a series of issues that need to be resolved, as noted in this forum thread on XDA Developers.
