Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation is reportedly gearing up for the launch of a successor for the HTC Butterfly smartphone, one that should arrive on shelves under the name of Butterfly S, and which might be officially announced in mid-June.

The smartphone is also said to include various features that were packed inside the HTC One earlier this year, such as BlinkFeed and an UltraPixel camera sensor, while also featuring a microSD card slot and a larger battery (a gray color option will be available too).

In mid-July, HTC should make official a new Android smartphone, one that emerged online before as HTC M4, and which should include a dual-core CPU, 2GB of RAM, Android 4.2 and Sense 5.0 on top.

The two smartphones will be accompanied by new color flavors of HTC One, a recent article on GSMInsider notes. The recently leaked Blue HTC One will be included, most probably alongside the Red flavor showcased at launch in February.
