Taiwan-based mobile phone maker HTC Corporation recently announced the launch of three new handsets on the Spanish market, namely the HTC Desire, HTC Smart and HTC HD Mini. All three new devices come to the market with the company's HTC Sense solution, and are said to be able to offer an enhanced user experience to those who will choose them over other solutions.

The HTC Desire is powered by Google's Android 2.1 operating system, boasts a 3,7-inch AMOLED touchscreen display that can deliver a WVGA resolution, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, a 5-megapixel photo snapper, and a wide range of connectivity options, including access to social networking sites, messaging features, email and more. The handset comes with HTC Peep for twitting, Friend Stream for social networking aggregation, and features support for Adobe's Flash Player 10.1.

The second new phone HTC brings to the Spanish market, the HTC Smart, is its first device powered by Qualcomm's Brew MP operating system. The handset is meant to establish a new category of smartphones, available for the mass market, as the BrewMP OS enables a wider range of designs and more competitive pricing. In addition, the phone sports the HTC Sense solution, being able to offer an experience similar with that of high-end devices.

The HTC HD Mini is a Windows Mobile 6.5-based handset that sports the same features as the high-end HTC HD2. The combination between Microsoft's mobile operating system and HTC Sense results in the creation of a handset that is both elegant and easy to use. Although in a small form factor, the HD Mini can provide an enhanced experience, offering connectivity to social networking sites, a series of productivity features such as Outlook integration, or viewing and editing of Office and PDF files, and other capabilities more.

The HTC Sense experience on these devices was designed to put people in the center through making the phone work and feel in a more natural way. The solution revolves around three main principles, Make It Mine, Stay Close and Discover the Unexpected. According to HTC, all three new handsets are expected to become available for purchase in Spain in May.
