Wireless services provider T-Mobile USA has just made available for purchase on its airwaves a new HTC handset running under Google's Android operating system, namely the HTC Amaze 4G.

The new device was announced a few weeks ago and even went on pre-order on Monday, and now users can head over to the wireless operator's website to purchase one and enjoy its features on the company's fast network.

The HTC Amaze 4G arrived on shelves at T-Mobile USA in two color flavors, namely black and white, and they can be seen available here and here, respectively.

With the signing of a two-year contract agreement with the wireless carrier, users will be able to purchase either of the two for only $259.99 (around 190 Euros) after a $50 mail-in rebate.

The new handset arrives on shelves with a fast application processor packed inside, as well as with a large touchscreen display and can offer fast download speeds on the wireless carrier's network.

“The HTC Amaze will amaze you with sleek design and stunning speed - not only is it one of the fastest phones on America’s Largest 4G Network, but it also offers our latest most advanced camera of any smartphone,” T-Mobile notes on its website.

In addition to the large 4.3-inch screen, the new device also comes with 1GB of RAM, which should deliver increased performance levels to its users, as well as with a microSD memory card slot for adding external storage into the mix.

The new mobile phone comes with an 8-megapixel photo snapper that features dual LED flash and which can record videos in full HD resolution. A front camera should enable users to easily make video calls from their devices.

The new handset also comes with WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities, as well as with built-in GPS receiver, and with the usual set of sensors. The new device is based on Google's Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system.
