Back in May, HP introduced the SlateBook x2, a powerful hybrid that combines the mobility of a tablet and high performance of a laptop thanks to its dedicated docking station.

The slate ran the Android 4.2.2 operating system, but now it appears the convertible received the update to Android 4.3, reports Tablet Guide.

The download will set users back with 450MB of space, so those interested should check update section on your convertible.

As a quick reminder, the HP SlateBook x2 features a 10.1-inch IPS display with an impressive WUXGA resolution (meaning 1920 x 1200 pixels) and draws power form NVIDIA’s latest Tegra 4 processor paired with 2GB of RAM.

HP has also added 72-core GeForce GPU system and 32 of GB of internal memory under the hood. Moreover, users will have access to USB ports, HDMI out, SD card slot and an additional battery.

The Android 4.3 reportedly brings speed and efficiency improvements. Also, it should be noted users can now set up different profiles, each with different accessibility options, so more than one person can work on the tablet. Notably, battery life has been enhanced, as well.
