I purchased the 15.6" widescreen primarily for the numeric pad as I planed to use it in doing taxes using Turbo Tax. The problem is the text in many programs including Turbo Tax is so small you can't read it. I have contacted HP several times but they don't seem to have a clue as to how to fix it. They have sugessted changes that have no effect on the small text problem. The benifit of the numeric pad is of little use and I wish I had not made this purchase.

I just purchased an HP G60 and am quite happy with the product except I find the wi-fi to be quite slow. This is an upgrade from my previous Dell Inspiron 2200 which was actually faster loading web pages.

Is this a common problem and do you have any suggestions to rectify the issue?

There is also an HP search toolbar accross the top of the screen when I launch Internet Explorer, could this have an affect on the speed and can I disable this toolbar?

Many thanks,
Melonie Sibbitt
