World’s biggest computer manufacturer, American company HP has just launched a new 23” LED monitor, on its official website. The new model is called W2371d and comes with a simple TN panel that sports the standard FullHD 1920 by 1080 pixel resolution.
HP’s new display sports an unimpressive 5ms response time and has DVI-D and D-SUB 15 inputs on the back side.
The only color available is dark grey and the control buttons are located at the bottom of the screen.
The rated brightness is a modest 250 cd/sqm and the normal contrast ratio is 1,000 to 1.
In dynamic mode, the contrast can reach a high 8,000,000 to 1.
Pricing is slated at around $200 and we’re having trouble classifying this as affordable.
For €163, European users could most certainly look for something better.
