Is all about VoodooDNA

HP has certainly taken advantage of the experience provided by the Voodoo PC team in designing computer systems. That has been seen ever since the PC vendor, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, released the Voodoo-designed HP Blackbird 002. The system came as a breath of fresh air in the company's range of desktop computer systems, as it combined some of the latest computer hardware in a sleek-looking form factor.

Unfortunately, this behemoth was rather restrictive when it came to its price tag, something that could potentially be solved with the all-new HP Firebird PC 803, which was leaked on the Internet last week.

The aforementioned system appears to be providing the computing power generally available for high-end gaming PCs, but in a form factor that will be easier to install in most houses. The Firebird PC 803 leaves little room to expansion, but the specifications on this thing are nothing to complain about, even if you are one of those enthusiast PC game players who require a pretty powerful computer system to handle their favorite gaming titles.

First of all, though Intel's high-end Core i7 processors haven't shown the Firebird PC 803 any love, the Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83GHz and NVIDIA nForce 760i SLI-based motherboard should do the trick nicely. Users will also be able to take advantage of the system's 4GB of RAM, dual NVIDIA GeForce 9800S cards and even two high-capacity 320GB SATA drives. Additional details include a built-in Blu-ray optical drive, 5-in-1 card reader, 6 USB ports, 1 FireWire, 2 eSATA, 1 S/PDIF and 1 DVI dual-link. Bluetooth and 802.11n wireless connectivity are also supported on HP’s new Firebird PC 803.

Unfortunately, currently there aren't any details regarding the price tag and availability of the new system, but we will try to keep you informed as soon as they become available.
