The HP Chromebook 11 is no longer available for sale at the moment

As I told you yesterday, if you are the owner of an HP Chromebook 11, the device being plagued by overheating charger issues, you are entitled to go ask HP for a replacement charger.

The request forms are available on the official HP website and those who have submitted them will not have to wait for too much, reports AndroidCentral.

It appears, affected users have already started receiving email shipping confirmations that show some of them will be getting the replacement as soon as Friday.

Those who have yet to put in a request for a new charger should not be skittish about it, as the operation is free of cost and HP is quick to answer it, as we have seen.

You’ll just have to give your name, email, device serial number and that’s pretty much it. However, some users are currently complaining they are not able to submit the request form due to unspecified errors.

I expect this issue will be fixed soon enough. Note that when the new charger arrives, you’ll have to submit back the damaged one, but the shipping costs are also covered by HP.
