A&E Television Networks Mobile has just announced the immediate availability of the HISTORY Here application for Android devices.
The software is aimed at Android enthusiasts living in the US and allows them to virtually visit thousands of historic locations.
The
application acts as an interactive guide and features an easy-to-use interface, photos, video, as well as dynamic maps, which come in handy when traveling.
Even though it already includes a tremendous number of locations, developers promised more points of interest would be added from time to time. This means that the application will be continuously updated with new content and, hopefully, new features.
HISTORY Here 1.2 is now available as a free download via
Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 Froyo and up.
