HIS today unveiled a new product in its series of graphics cards, the Radeon HD 3650 IceQ Turbo(Full HD 1080p) 512MB/256MB GDDR3. Equipped with the award-winning IceQ cooling solution, the graphics card delivers high-definition graphics along with exquisite gaming performance.

The new graphics card is fully compatible with Microsoft's DirectX 10.1, that lets the user enjoy the latest gaming titles at improved performance. The graphics core comes with 120 stream processors and PCI Express 2.0 support, as well as plug-and-play ATI CrossFireX technology, should the delivered graphics power be not enough.

The new HIS Radeon HD 3650 is built around the ATI Radeon HD 3650 chipset clocked at a core frequency of 790MHz, with memory speeds of up to 1780MHz. The card is rigged with either 512MB or 256 MB of GDDR3 memory featuring latencies of 1.0 nanoseconds (top cards are using 0.8-nanosecond chips), to face all the challenges of modern gaming.

HIS picked a top cooling solution to go along with its graphics card: the multiple-awarded IceQ technology. The IceQ fans can actively draw the air inside the video card's fansink system, then blow the hot air away from the GPU core and memory chips. The HIS IceQ fan has a special, ball-bearing design that keeps the noise level below 30dB at no performance costs.

The HIS Radeon HD 3650 IceQ is the best pick when it comes to multimedia. The graphics card can deliver resolutions beyond the standard HD 1080p, and ensures that the high-definition videos play smoothly thanks to the Unified Video Decoder (UVD) technology. The video card is built using the company's "HD" concept design, including high-quality gold-plated ports and a black panel plate.

The HIS graphics card comes with the new ATI CrossFireX? multi-GPU technology that can scale the system's graphics performance to match the users' gaming needs. All that it takes is an ATI CrossFireX ready motherboard and some good gaming titles.
