HIS presented the HIS X1650Pro 512/256 MB DDR2 AGP, that features "the strongest air cooling technology", the IceQ.
HIS IceQ can actively draw the air inside your PC case to cool down the card, and blows amounts of hot air out of your case, dramatically decreasing the GPU temperature together with your PC components.

Laboratory tests have proven that there is a temperature decrease of at least 11°C, a cooling system with no equivalent. Ultra quiet HIS IceQ fan keeps the noise level below 20dB. HIS X1650Pro IceQ AGP is also UV sensitive, enhancing the gamer's UV light case. The: Faster, Quieter and Cooler" slogan finds its roots in the next descriptions: Faster: IceQ boosts your video card to maximum speed and stable performance; Cooler: Better cooling performance than other solutions; Quieter: Less than 20dB;
