It is armed with the iPower design and a better PWM than the original

The Radeon R7 260X graphics card isn't the weakest in AMD's new lineup, but it isn't really in the middle either. It's, shall we say, at the top of the lower third. That didn't stop HIS from giving it a special treat though.

Said treat is the iPower IceQ X2 design, involving a better PCB with 8 phases (6+1+1) and a dual-fan IceQX2 cooler.

The iTurbo overclocking software is bundled with the video board, allowing for temperature control, as well as management of clock speed and voltage.

And with HIS Long Lasting Design prolonging lifespan and enhancing stability, quite a bit of tweaking can be done indeed.

For those who want the specs, the HIS R7 260X iPower IceQX2 2GB has a GPU clock of 1100 MHz, 2 GB of VRAM at 6.5 GHz, a 128-bit memory interface, and four video ports (dual-DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort).
