While companies have been doing their best to provide as wide a variety of displays as possible, HANNSG has been working on a particular model that means to become “the perfect choice for those who require the ultimate display real-estate.” Known as the HZ281HPB, the large consumer display device measures roughly 28 inches (27.5 to be exact) and has full support for HD content, thanks to its maximum widescreen resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 WUXGA 1080p.
Among the display qualities that the new monitor boasts, besides its resolution, are a typical contrast ratio of 800:1, a fast response time of 3ms, 16.7 million colors, a brightness of 400cd/m2 and wide viewing angles of 170 degrees horizontally and 160 degrees vertically. The monitor also makes use of an anti-glare surface, which acts against the decrease in visibility that normally occurs when the screen is exposed to direct sunlight or bright ambient lighting conditions.
Furthermore, the product has “a modern look to match its dexterous performance credentials,” namely a slim bezel and a glossy, black finish. Finally, the HZ281HPB comes with a VESA standard, 100mm wall-mounting plate and has VGA, HDMI and HDCP-ready DVI-D inputs.
“Playing the perfect HD host, the HZ281HPB monitor displays HD content in its true entirety, delivering crisp, sharp images without lag for the best multimedia experience. It features a fast 3ms response time, a typical 800:1 contrast ratio and 400cd/m² brightness and includes both HDMI and DVI-D (HDCP) inputs, in addition to traditional VGA connectivity, enabling dual input to cater for the multitudes of state-of-the art and age-old plug-ins,” the press release states. “If you are looking to upsize, have intense graphic requirements or are simply looking for a static big-screen partner for a mobile computing device, then the HZ281HPB should tick all the boxes.”
The HANNSG HZ281HPB is already available, comes with a three-year on-site swap out manufacturers' warranty and has a price tag of 279 Euro.
