Logitech wasn't about to let the week pass without launching a product or two, so here is the latest: a wireless headset called H820e.

Capable of lasting for 10 hours without needing a recharge, it connects to phones and other devices easily, and won't suffer from interference from WiFi networks.

It also has a noise-cancelling microphone, acoustic echo cancellation, and DSP (digital signal processing).

That is why it is good for unified communications and PC-based soft-phones (like Skype).

The wireless range is of 300 feet, assuming it's not a typo, which means almost 100 meters.

A wide band/narrow band switch can be used to dictate audio quality and density.

Sales will start in May, for $179.99 / €179.99 (for the so-called “Mono” model) and $199.99 / €199.99 (“Dual” model).
