She may be advocating a healthy and righteous lifestyle on her website Goop, but actress Gwyneth Paltrow surely can't take her own advice. After her breakup from a 10-year marriage from Chris Martin, front man for Coldplay, made the news, a new photo of Paltrow is now emerging to show she was cheating on him as early as a couple of months ago.

The British Mirror magazine has the photos of Gwyn smooching with ex-boyfriend Donovan Leitch as they attended a baseball game and reminds everyone that the actress was still married to Chris Martin at the time.

The photos were taken in September of last year, and, at the time, the 41-year-old actress dismissed them, despite the fact that they showed her kissing, hugging and cuddling with Leitch at an LA Dodgers game in Los Angeles.

Donovan himself was then married to Scottish supermodel Kirsty Hume, although it was later revealed they were in the middle of a separation process. This means that the photos of the two actually offer a convincing glimpse into what was today exposed as a failed marriage.

But while Gwyneth takes the time to write the news on her website and finds a clever title for the announcement “Conscious Uncoupling” that she signs in both their names, Chris Martin is reportedly left utterly broken as he had been struggling for some time to get his marriage to work.

There is some indication that he wrote the song “Magic” for his wife Gwyneth, calling their time together “magic” despite the fact that he is “broken in two.” Sources close to the couple have confirmed that the singer is at the moment trying “to figure out custody because he loves those kids more than anything. He's very hurt.”

This is the unofficial version, the one being treated as pure speculation at this point, while the cold and formal version being printed on Goop speaks of a consensus between the two, having reached a mature compromise after some time of trying to get things back on track.

With fancy phrasing and keen attention to details, the announcement asks fans and press to not make any further inquiries in the matter and respect the privacy of the couple and their children by saying, “We have always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and co-parent, we will be able to continue in the same manner.”

That privacy will come in handy if Paltrow plans other indiscretions in the near future.
