Not quite satisfied with the good reviews and all the fame and fans she got while she was a part of No Doubt, the foxy front-woman of the band decided to give it at try on her own. And she was also successful. Gwen Stefani has also been involved in the fashion business. So she has broken a finger while dressmaking.

The dreadful accident occurred while Gwen Stefani was in a terrible rush to finish one of her items for the future collection. One of the samples for her fashion label L.A.M.B (Love Angel Music Baby) got stuck in her sewing machine. Her attempts to save the piece of fabric led to finger being bent back and snapped leaving the beautiful star screaming in pain.

One of those who happened to be around the place of the terrible happening told the Mirror: "Gwen was up against a deadline and was hurriedly putting some new samples together. She forgot to lock down the settings and the material ripped, so she tried to save it."

Luckily for her a knight in shining armor appeared and drove her to a nearby hospital. The knight was Gwen's husband, Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale.

At the hospital, the injured finger was treated and everything went back to normal.
