Guyliner. As In Eyeliner for Guys. Puh-lee-ze!

I'm gonna make this as personal as possible: leaving aside Fall Out Boy and Pete Wentz's music career, I would like us to talk about something more interesting – meaning, just what a dumbass Pete can be when it comes to his looks. The singer, who is currently dating Ashlee Simpson (with whom he also color-coordinates and matches all his outfits – which is pretty cool, by the way!), participated in a photo shoot for 'People' and, at the same time, also took his time to give this priceless interview.

So that you're warned: the clip below is about how a guy should apply eyeliner and eye shadow. Straight from the horse's mouth. I know we kinda live in a world where make-up on men is no longer considered a symbol of their sexuality (some men can even be rather sexy when with make-up on, the kind that shows from a mile distance), but this is taking things a bit too far. Because, you see, the diff between Pete and the rest of the men who wear heavy make-up is that the latter do it while they're on stage (like rocker Jared Leto) or while shooting for movies (Johnny Depp – 'Pirates of the Caribbean').

This is the first thing that Mr. Wentz (who, by the way, plays the cool, untouchable dude) missed: he is neither Depp, whom he dares compare himself with, nor any other rock star, simply because he likes to wear his make-up all the time. But the most hilarious part of this 'groundbreaking' and illuminating interview is that in which he gives men tips on how to apply their eyeliner. Which is called a guyliner, to differentiate it from the one women usually use.

Says the wise and fashionable Pete: 'smear it, because if you're a guy, you don't want your make-up to look perfect'. Word, man! Yes, indeed, that's the last thing a MAN could want and I bet millions of guys are, as we speak, on their knees, thanking God he finally sent them such a miracle, in your humble and not at all ridiculous person. And, get that: you don't even need to remove all your make-up at the end of the day, you know, like girls do. You can simply go to bed as you are and, in the morning when you wake up, you will have achieved that totally rad cool rock look. Guaranteed. Also guaranteed is the fact that, by the time he's 30, Pete will most probably be blind (spoken like a true girl!).
