In a world where patients die because they don’t get a transplant organ in due time, no one knows what they would do if they had the option of going on the black market for one. A new indie movie, “Gutted,” aims to shed some light on such a situation.

Coming from director / producer Lex Luther, “Gutted” is described as “a dramatic action movie” starring Byron Gibson and Vithaya Pansringarm, whom you will also recognize from Ryan Gosling’s upcoming Nicolas Refn film “Only God Forgives.”

“Jamey took revenge on the organ trading organization that was responsible for killing his newly wed wife by taking out the perpetrators one by one. Now he is awaiting his execution on death row and being given his last rights by a priest. God sure moves in mysterious ways,” reads a brief synopsis of the film.

By the looks of the video above, the first official teaser trailer, it sure looks like Jamey wants to take everything out of God’s hands and into his own.
