Why don't you just 'turn' things around for you?

Lefty? I say, are you a lefty? Left handed yeah. You are? Must suck with Guitar Hero controllers made only for right handed people huh? Well, if that's you, don't get too excited because Microsoft isn't releasing the new Guitar Hero controller for left handed players, but Kevin McArdle is, as a hobby. Apparently the guy is left handed too and had trouble playing the game. Thus, he waited no longer and decided to "turn" things around for him.

And when I say turn, I mean turn. All he did was turn everything the other way around, buttons, controls...everything, screwed all the pieces back in their place and that was it: the Guitar Hero controller for lefties.

The pictures you see below show the guitar-hacking process at its finest moments. We thank SmugMug for them, but just before you click away, let me just paste you this interesting comment coming from a guest of the same site: "I always thought a "right handed" guitar was easier for left handed people to play," the guest said, "because the more dexterous hand would be on the strings. I'm having trouble seeing how that isn't the case, especially with a guitar hero guitar where strings don't need to be plucked."

Pluck or no pluck, something similar has to be done when using the controller, only there aren't any actual strings, that's all. But he does make a good point, doesn't he?
