Guest Star Microsoft Surface Shows Up in Hawaii Five-0

Microsoft spends money like water these days in order to promote its first tablet in history.

The Surface tablet was recently spotted in an episode of the popular TV series Hawaii Five-0 and it “played” the role of a hacking device in NCIS: Los Angeles earlier this week.

This time, however, things are much more obvious, as Dr. Max Bergman was holding the tablet in a way that allowed everyone watching the episode to notice not only the device, but also the Windows 8’s Start Screen.

Microsoft probably hopes that all these commercial-wannabe surprising appearances of the tablet would boost interest for the Surface, but the company has something else to worry about in the meantime: the first Surface bug apparently requires users to replace their Touch Covers completely.
