Grundig Mobile has introduced its latest camera phone - Grundig X5000.

The phone was showed for the first time at the 3GSM World in Barcelona, last month. The phone has an unusual 6 megapixel video camera
with 4x zoom.

The tri-band compatible GSM/GPRS (so no 3G or WiFi) phone also includes an MP3 player with 6 equalizer modes, a voice recorder and a removable storage in the form of a Mini SD card slot, which can increase the memory up to 2 GB.

The 6 megapixel camera with 4 x zoom permits photos and videos in excellent quality. There are 22 modes available for shooting high quality photographs, including interior shots, nighttime, sport, sun, landscape, negative and sepia. There is a basic choice between 6 resolution levels: from VGA to 6 megapixels. The digital video camera permits filming in DVD quality and provides resolution levels in QVGA and VGA. The phone also features a TV-out function and an impressive two-inch main display capable of displaying a 640 x 240 pixel resolution with 16.7 million colors.

There is no word yet about its pricing.
