Grundig Introduces DigtaSonic xMic Dictaphone, Makes Laziness A 'State of the Art'!

The DigtaSonicMic from Grundig is elegantly shaped, apparently to follow a detailed ergonomic study, the microphone was deliberately designed with a tall, slim look to enable users to keep their hand low and supported rather than having to constantly lift the device up to speak.

According to the company's representatives, the device's weight is perfect for it to 'sit' more comfortably in the palm and its smooth, sleek finish comes courtesy of the new black 'Soft Touch Composite' rubberized coating.

This design, together with the extra-wide slide switch for easy one-handed operation allows the DigtaSonic xMic users to speak for a longer period of time without feeling any discomfort or strain. Meanwhile, the users can continue using the mouse while at their PC, as the microphone includes an integrated 'Track Point' tracker ball control with two mouse buttons on the rear device that can be one-handedly operated and demands no special skills whatsoever. It can comfortably slide, therefore the dimensions can change in the process.

Besides that, the dictaphone allows easy integration in the back office systems via some open interface that it features. By the way, the system's interface seems rather interesting than dull and boring. Moreover, the integrated sound card and dynamic speakers enhance this device with even better playback performances. However, if you need privacy, the microphone can be tailor-fitted to individual needs using the AdapterServer tool, which enables the user to assign up to 22 PC controls or dictation controls to the slide switch positions and function keys.
