Swiss manufacturer of luxury mobile phones Gresso announced recently the launch of a limited collection of Grand Monaco handsets developed especially for ladies. According to the company, the newly introduced collection is being delivered to the market as the embodiment of elegance, luxury and harmony.
It's a common fact that
Gresso's devices usually come to the market with great detail focus, and the same applies to the new collection. “With the efforts of Gresso designers and engineers, each detail of the device is full of passion and power, beauty and sophistication. Apparently, the new Grand Monaco collection is designed for strong, self-confident women of good taste,” the company states.
One of the main features of the new collection is the fashion of red alligator skin, Gresso notes.
The company's designers choice went for the best types of alligator skin for the handsets, while also making sure that they are carefully processed within a full cycle. The skin was previously used for making armor suits, yet now its usage has increased in the making of luxuries segment, the company says.
The rest of the
handsets' design remains unchanged from the previous models. The casing has been manufactured from “ultrastrong and ultralight titanium alloy,” which is covered with a series of high-tech ceramics layers with special micro particles that make the device shine. The display sports a 42K hand polished sapphire crystal frame, while the battery cover has been put in place with a magnetic Smart Lock.
The Grand Monaco
collection also comes with a keyboard which sports keys made out of steel “using ultra-precision turning technology.” The surface of the keyboard is scratch-proof, and also offers resistance to mechanical damages. In addition, the phones come with a digital camera, support for GPRS, EDGE and Bluetooth, as well as with WAP, SMS, MMS and e-mail capabilities, and support for Java.
